Are you going as a tourist or to find work ?? To travel requires money for a visa,flights, food, accommodation and sightseeing.
You need to go online and do some research to find out the costs etc.

Go to the Asia section of the forum, click on Azerbaijan and read through the posts there for information. You can also place a post there too asking for information.
