It's difficult to find out a good boss? How do you think?

Strange, all the bosses I know constantly complain how difficult it is to find good employees!!!

I guess they go hand-in-hand, to have a really good boss first you have to be a really good employee. That isn't easy, you need the educational background (degrees or certificates), work experience in related fields, strong work ethic, dedication and loyalty. If you've got all that going for you then your chances of finding a good boss are much improved.

I hear that a lot, probably because all the good ones have jobs already.
