Good day, is anyone living in Haiphong at the moment and how's it over there compared to the life in Hcmc (for expats).

Trying to be constructive rather than critical but why don't you post this on the Hai Phong forum. Click /Vietnam/ on the You are here line above then look for the box with city names in it on the right side of the page. Most of what I have read about Hai Phong is negative but you should hear it from those who live there. Good luck.
