Living Cost in Nanshan ?

i'm thinking of moving to Shenzhen - Nanshan and trying to know the average monthly expenses for a me, my wife and young baby 6-months.

i need to know the average rate for renting a 2 bedrooms home well located with new furniture
the utilities bills , food, transportation per month.

also i need to know the taxes rate on income ?

taxes rate on income normally the company will count it automatictly ,Even I am native in Shenzhen , i never check~.

Actually, i am also rent and apartment in nanshan. If you want a well located place, cost around 4000-6000 RMB (2 rooms) like our cost 8000RMB for 3 room apartment. Eating food outside,depend on the area and resterant you choose. if only normally food 15-30RMB , but if you go to have nice food then is arond 50-70 even more /person.
