Hi everyone,
Is it wise to travel to Cambodia during Tet Holiday in HCMC, Vietnam? I would visit Ankor Wat, then Phnom Phen all in 7-8 days. My other option is to go to Nha Trang and Da nang. What would i miss in HCMC during Tet?

You will miss a whole lot of nothing.  I don't know where you are stationed but in Ho Chi Minh everyone goes back to their families.  The city becomes a ghost town and most of everything is closed.  Many of us expats take this time to either relax from work or travel.  Traveling domestically can prove to be a problem at this point.  Many flights anywhere in Vietnam are sold out due to the large population going back to their families.  In conclusion I highly recommend using TET to travel outside Vietnam.
