Does anybody know when the bank holiday in Vietnam starts before Tet?

My Vietnamese fiancee says the banks will be closed from February 6th until the 14th and the ATM's will run out of money quickly, so be sure to withdraw what you need ahead of time.

I was at VCB in Can Tho Tuesday, and their closed starting Friday, I'm sure the rest of the banks will do the same. ATMs???
