hi all
i am planning to move to Hai phong on april.
i want to study Vietnamese more in Hai phong.
Actually i studied Vietnamese at dai hoc su pham hanoi for 6 month.
but i want to move other place and continue to study Vietnamese.
please advise me.
I prefer to study with other foreigner people topgether.
