ErIc Cruz Gabarda

Hi Julien,

I am Eric Cruz Gabarda of the Philippines; as of January 2016, I have resigned with my work as Sales and Marketing Manager to the Philippines with German Manufacturing company, as a part of work is to study in Germany with the use of Schengen business visa. Is there any posibilities that I can be employed with one of the companies in Norway, regardless with the type of job since I have been into different industries.

Thank you and hope to hear from you in soonest.

Eric

ECS

if your experience is more broad than targeted, it might be difficult.

here are the visa types available for work immigration.

note: The Schengen business visa you mention doesn't give you long-term working rights in Norway. For that you must have one of the visa types mentioned in the URL above.

My brother applied for work in Scandinavia from the Philippines. After  a year and a lot (more than 400) of  rejections, a company in Sweden hired him and later on got an invitation to work for a big danish firm.  There is a chance but your CV needs to be competitive enough that they would choose you over those who are already here. and/or as ECS said, you need to be in the list stated on UDI´s website.
