Average is 12 k
I.e 12,000 AED .
Atleast 15000 k would be a comfortable number
Family its more .

But it also depends where will you stay
And ur lifestyle .

Remember accommodation is very expensive there .
Also health care , education .

There are costs with regards to
Electricity , water , phone , internet,  cable
Transport, food gas ,utilities , etc .

First ask if accommodation is or will provided to you.
You have addressed the transport issue.

I suggest you to stay single and get to know the expenses. You can think about bringing your wife only if she can find a job here. Or else life will be a struggle.

If you are married, ask them to raise the salary, demand it if you have good experience. It's your right man.

The salary is inadequate, tight even if you stay single in UAE leaving your family behind.  Can't have normal life.
