I would advise her to write to an 'Advice to the Lovelorn' column ( www.dearabby.com -- or its Middle Easter equivilent-- comes to mind).

Are there other community or accept you as his refusal Servdk your community?
Will it be you or all C Sitkhal in one day?
Will you lose your mother?

I know my religion very well and my bf converted to Islam long ago. I wouldn't marry a non-muslim cuz i know my religion well.

so you r right and your family r wrong and u can go to the judge to do the marriage contract.your family dont have the right to pervent u once u agree. some area in KSA  r racism ,try to remind them about islam law in marrage or send anyone to advice them.

We are foreigners don’t know much about law and religion of the country, you are a Saudi we need the advice from you

My dad has a problem with us getting married in general.

Alright, i am not an Saudi Citizen, but i dont think marriage laws are that simple here. Last I have heard, the girl's father has to give permission for it to be legal.
Again. Not sure.

But I do know that there are other legal hassles that might make things a bit difficult. Please consult a law firm, or some one who has an idea on these things.

But I do hope that things do work out for you.

I actually spoke to a lawyer and he was totally useless saying even with my dad's permission we need to get married abroad then come back and validate it here. He was wrong because I read what the conditions are in the MOI website.

i know a girle from almadenah who get married with muslim british (lord) man with her father permission. also i know a girle get married by going to the judge while her father refuse that marriage. the point is once islam support your marrage u can do it.some of saudi habbits r far away from islam and of them is the permission depend on what is your origin? the east and west and north area in ksa r more flixiable, but if u r originally from middle of ksa you and me know very well that it will not be easy becouse of the stupid racisim.
