Good gyms in Dubai

Mdubai

Hey! I'm looking for a good, well equipped gym in Dubai that isn't too pricey. I would most likely get a membership if it's a good gym, however I would also like a gym where I can pay for a day pass( to have as an option). Any tips?

There are a good one in Shatha tower, media city. If you subscribe yearly u pay some thing like 2500 drhm per year. But their monthly based plans are expensive.

Go for fitness first. Yearly membership is cheaper and it has a lot of other benefits as well.

If you are living in Dubai near Lulu Village, there is one very good GYM called Oasis GYM. I can arrange for you exclusive membership.

As someone who has spent a lot of time in gyms, it’s always disappointing to fall back into unhealthy habits after six months of training. What made a difference for me was investing in a home gym. It's a great investment, easy to stay committed to, and personally, I value hygiene the most. Having your own gym allows you to maintain a clean environment and stay in shape while saving time. For example, I used to spend 15 minutes driving to the gym, which was fine by my standards. Imagine saving 30 minutes daily without worrying about parking or traffic. Plus, you always have a hot shower waiting for you afterward (which is obviously yours).

Some people say you miss the company and friends you make at the gym. But really? Are you going to the gym to make friends or to work out? You can always work out with a friend or spouse to maintain your social life.

I understand that a personal gym is a significant investment, but you can always sell the equipment later with minimal loss.

Another concern might be how to train without experience. You can hire a personal trainer or watch videos on YouTube. Not enough? There are plenty of programs, blogs, and videos that offer guidance and help.

If you’ve made it this far, you’re definitely committed. I wish you luck! Here are some websites for equipment (these are not affiliate links):

Check out Fitness First or Gold’s Gym. They’re both pretty well-equipped and have day pass options.
