Hi All,

Was wondering if theres a yoga studio/ shala in Male that offers basic ashtanga classes?

I tried searching the net but all that comes up are the yoga classes offered by the resorts and they are all expensive. Im guessing that theyre also mainly for the guests.

Ive been practicing here in Manila and would want to continue to do so even after I move there.

Hi,

You have free Yoga classes conducted by Indian cultural center. They have classes from 6-7, 8-9 in the morning and 4-5, 6-7 in the evening.
