How do I extend my visit

Make sure You have the Money to Stay.
Make sure Your Passport is well in Time
I staid from Dec 2008 to Feb to 2010, No Problems.

Hi HelenGambia, you can extend your stay at the police station for 500 Dalasi. They will stamp you passport with a months extension a a time. If you want to stay longer you can go to Gambis office in Banjul and apply for an alien card and residency permit, will cost around 3,500 Dalasi. However it runs from Jan to Dec, so beware, for example, if you applied in Nov it would only be valid for two months! Hope this info helps
