Hi !

I am travelling to Beijing in 1st week of January,2011.I m so much excited to explore this new magnificent city of my continent Asia.I am working with Nokia as u know connecting people I like travelling a lot and have been there to lot of countries in Europe.

Would love making new friends there in Beijing & meeting them.

Yes I am there for 2 weeks but want to explore the maximum ,would love to make new friends there & learn bit of chinese as well

Chinese in two weeks? Methinks not. You might be able though to learn how Chinese count on their fingers. They only use one hand and 6.....10 are very different from the Western World.

Numerous stories about foreigners holding up fingers asking for two (for example beers) and getting eight since the Western two (thumb and first finger) is the Chinese eight.
