Hijama Centre in Riyadh and prices.

Hijama is practiced by saudis exclusively I believe , any one in your workplace would be able to guide  where to find one , there are alot of places in Riyadh that offer this service. I personally am not  a supporter of this practice, the scary part is  the risk of transmission of communicable diseases  , like HIV, Hepatitis . You will not find a doctor in the center , thats for sure , and it will not be expensive , a wild guess would be 50 riyals per session

I am not aware of any one in particular. But a while back I was talking to a friend who practiced it. He told me that the person he used to get service from is not cheap. I believe 50= Riyals per cup was his rate and 4-5 cups are minimum for any session.

I believe the magnitude of danger of disease transfer is same as with other modern age medical treatments. If any needle would be re-used; you would be luck to avoid any disease transfer. That Hijama performing person used fresh and new equipment for the whole process; never reused anything from prior use; according to my friend.

Unfortunately, I am not in contact with that of my friend. I am myself looking forward to a legitimate person performing Hijama; as I have been told that the result is so soothing that once a person gets it done correctly; he would go back to it again himself.

I did it in New Cupping Center Group...cross between Imam Saud Road and Khalid ibn Walid.

Very nice place and clean, with doctor. 350SAR for 11 cups.

A friend of mine knows some Indian Hijama Dr, I will check and update.

dont be scared of hijama, if the needle is sterile and single use....it wont cause any complication nor contamination....its is a practice that we must revive.....it is proven effecteive.

Hijama is nothing to be scared off... it is a good treatment for many diseases like migraine,thyroid,diabetes,skin disease....
Sharing my own experience.dont be afraid about the hygiene of there equipments.dey use new equipment for each patient and dispose after use.I know hijama centre for both male and females.@one centre d cost is lyk 25sar per cup and @ other 100sar per session.

It's nice to know there is Hijama Center here in Riyadh. I've worked in Hafr Al Batin in 2006 and our hospital was the only Military Hospital that offers Integrated & Chinese Medicine which services include hijama, cupping, acupuncture and acupressure. It's nice, tried it once and it's safe as long as the staff practices sterile technique and other precautionary measures.

look for a practitioner with medical background like doctor, medical technologist, nurses, pt et.... Insha Allah there will be no complication. as they know how to avoid contamination and hygine. and by the way, hijama is sucking out blood and impurities....so what ever presents may come out aswell.

the are many professional and licensed  Hijama places in riyadh ,, use Google map and write or copy paste this arabic word in the search box حجامة
you will have long list of these centers with the customers's review, , DON'T DO THAT OUTSIDE Medical Center,,,
