My wife and I are moving to Suwon in January 2017.  We actually met in Korea when I was there on a job assignment.  She was studying at Hankuk University of Foreign Studies and I worked there.  I have been to Korea 8 times of various duration all under 3 months.  Now I will be there 3 years.
My wife is looking for a job when we get there.  She spent a few years teaching at some Hagwons while there.  She is multi-lingual and speaks Several languages Polish, English, Korean, Spanish, Russian are a few of them.

I am hoping the company transports my motorcycle to Korea.  I enjoy table tennis and have played since junior high.  We love dancing and night life so Korea works well.
Will look to meet expats in or near Suwon for football watching.  American and Real. 8*)  I remember a pub near Suwon station that had a lot of Expats.  I cannot remember the name though.

anyways....Hi to all.

hi i heard south korea has gas heating floor because of the water pipes can't be frozen in winter . is there another method to keep the water pipes warm without using gas ?

several place I've visited had the "undle"  floor heating. It was awesome!  it's heated water though. gas furnace heating the water.  there are forced air heating at some places though.

Well, we made it here officially.  Living in a Dongtan hotel until we find a place to live. Working in Dongtan.   Looking in Suwon mainly. Perhaps YongTon.
