Hi. I am a Colombian 19 year old guy and I will be moving to Budapest in a couple weeks. It's my first time in Europe, I was awarded a scholarship and I am going to study an international study programme for three years. I would like to make some local friends with whom I can get started in this beautiful city. I've read a lot about everything and I'm so excited for this. It would be nice if I could get help in my first days.

Hi, I'm writing this in English so that everyone else understands it.

I will live in a student dorm provided by my host University, (Budapest Business school) and it's located in District XI.

Congratulations on your scholarship!
I think you will find it difficult to find Spanish speakers in Budapest, but your English seems quite good and you should then be fine.  You may even find people who want to learn Spanish from you at the University.

If you need any help, there are several online who are always happy to chime in.  Just ask specific questions....even though said participants often digress to totally different topics....SQUIRREL!

Welcome and good luck!!!!
