Help to use Portuguese documents in Ho Chi Minh

Hello everyone,

My name is Edgard and I came to Ho Chi Minh to work for a software company. I need to get my work permit, but first I need to have an authenticated copy of the following documents and submit them all to the Vietnam Ministry of Foreign Affairs, here in Ho Chi Minh city:

Academic Degree ( Bachelor and Master), and Work Certificate.

However, there is no Embassy of Portugal in Vietnam, and I don't know what to do anymore.

Can somebody, help me please ?

ps.: I have all my documents notarized and authenticated by the Portugal ministry of Foreign Affairs.
