@XTang

thanks for usual support. appreciated!

is it  possible to make lease agreement without visa or work permit. how landlord or owner will sign the agreement if i don’t have valid visa or work permit.

also for birth certificate, is it for dependents or for all including me.

thanks XTang

Birth certificate is for kids.  Lease can be done with passport number and Saudi iqama number.

Thanks Xtang!

I found an agent to process the Paper CPR and  said will arrange the temporary lease agreement.  he said that he will process 6 months multiple entry bahrain visa and will process 2 yrs visa for family.  He informed they dont  need saudi iqama and can enter directly yo bahrain. possible?

also how much it cost for medical insurance. i have  family status with medical insurance from my company. so can i use my saudi insurance card in bahrain and take separately for dependents.

thanks in advance

XTang

Insurance depends on your policy i.e. whether it covers medical in GCC or not.  That you have to check yourself.  For medical insurance costs, ask different companies for quotes - it depends on the nature of the policy.  Basic ones are cheap whereas the ones which are more comprehensive, are expensive.  I have the best possible policy with global coverage, no deductible and a couple of million dollar annual limit, it costs around 4000 BD for the family.   So you decide how much you want to spend.

As far as the agent is concerned, I don't know what he is saying.  See what he comes up with but  you getting a 6 month multiple (which is the paper CPR angle) while the family has 2 years, is not plausible.

Hi Xtang…thanks for your valuable time.

i again checked with the agent, said 6 months multiple entry for me and 2 years for family.

charges visa 35, iqama 59, reentry 22 and cpr 20. total charges 648bhd for 3 dependents

is it the  way paper CPR will work, because you said before that Saudi iqama is must for dependents.

i have family status with medical insu coverage for me and family. 4000BHD will be top high to spend. Will check with company whtr they can reimburse else go with other pacakage.  As we were living in dubai for 15 years family resist to move saudi. Also schools are not up to the mark.

living in baharin and commute dammam will be feasible with all expense born by me. my salary package is 33ksar

As far as I know, these are all for same duration.  And you need Iqamas.  I am not sure what option your agent is suggesting but go with him and see what happens.  Drawbacks are basically that you can't open bank accounts and get other services without a full fledged CPR.

@XTang thanks for your time and reply.
