Would appreciate hearing from anyone who is living at or has lived in either Pegasus Plaza or Amber Court in Bien Hoa

Any thoughts, advise or opinions appreciated

I'm living in bien hoa , it's better for you to rent a house , it's very cheap in bien hoa ( ~ 250-300$ ).
