If you dont get a response from anyone, google is your friend. Type CPA in Bahrain and i am sure you should be able to find the institutes which provide the course along with their contact

A number of institutes provide training and guidance on the CPA qualification. You could contact them for first hand information.

Try calling the Bahrain Institute of Banking and Finance ("BIBF"), or any major accounting firm that has a training section.
