Yes that is totally a legal procedure has been taken. Basically you have signed a promissory note, where they can easily submit to enforcement court to enforce and action such a paper. There are two steps to slove this issue. Before that, More information will be needed.

It has to be in detailed answer, but generally Yes you are entitled to receive you EOS as of 4500 Salary.

Hi. I worked in a company based in Riyadh for 4 years and in 2020 due to the company business issues they terminated the services of all employees but they didn't pay the end of service benefits of employees. So in this regards what are the options available for employees if they are willing to go to court what will be the procedure for legal action.

Good morning sir, iam a orthodontist Specialist working in saudi Arabia from 18/07/2019 for 2 years contract and my contract finishes today 17/07/2021. But my khafeel don't Want to leave from his hospital, so from last 2 months he stopped my salary in order to make to accept his new contract. I have given notice letter for not wishing to continue my 2 years contract before 4 months itself. I filed case in labour on 16/06/2021 and finished 3 online sessions too which was not amicable and my khafeel didn't attend any sessions but his lawyer attended only 2 sessions and now case referred to ministry of justice. I have 1 st session appointment on coming August 25/2021. I am having new job offer, in my case how can I accept new e contract from New sponsor. I rejected gosi contract from my current employer since everything given in tat contract was in correct. Please give me suggestions sir

First of all thanks for doing this free legal Advise.

My question is that my friend in working in company since more than 03 years and now he got a good job offer from different company. So he submitted his resignation with 02 month notice as per his contract condition and asked for Transfer of Sponsorship. But his current company is saying they will not allow for the transfer, you need to go on Final Exit or revert back your resignation.

I want to know the legal right in this condition as per the new labor laws implemented from 31-Mar-21 and will you can provide your services in this matter.

Kindly advice.

Dear sir,

I worked in one of the biggest fast food company here in Saudi Arabia as their specialist and I already finished my contract with them Last July 15, 2021. I already received my First Transfer request in QIWA system the same day July 15, 2021.

I already finished my clearance and settlement with them but they just ignored the first transfer request.

Then my new employer send another Transfer Request to My current employer Last July 29, 2021 and up until now they are still ignoring it.

I keep on following up the approval thru email and by personal appearance in their HR office but they keep on telling me they will approve tomorrow. But nothing happens, I don't have any pending obligations to my current employer and there is no reason for them to hold me but they don't do anything about my transfer request.


I have all the evidences of my  communication to them to prove that they are ignoring me

Can I file a case against them for not approving my request even though I am eligible to transfer?

I hope you could help me with my concern sir.

I would like to ask about my dilemma right now. I got married last June in a Pakistani national who’s currently also working here in Saudi Arabia in Georgia. Upon returning back from the vacation i found out that he lied to me and he is still not divorced to her first wife. Which I accepted the marriage because he told he is already divorced. He sent me also document proving that he is. But turns out he admitted to me he just forged the document. Since then we are struggling to keep our relationship because of trust issue mainly from me because of the said event. Then yesterday we had a big fight causing him to do drastic things like hacking my personal email account where my bank accounts and apple id is connected. And last night he gave me back my email details but in exchange of all his gifts to me like, cellphone, AirPods and our wedding ring. I just want to know if i have some legal fights for this. Thank you sir. This is causing me too much pain and stress.

In your case base in shari'ah law you have right to fight.. He don't have the right to take any gifs from him to you because he already gave it to you as gift and the wedding ring its a sign of your marriage for what he will take it.. He don't have any right to take anything if you not do something in his back (having relation in other man) you should read rights of women to his husband in Islam so you know how to fight your right to him we are in Muslim country..

Dear Jessica ,
if you will take Legal support you can literally screw this guy, all you need some basic information regarding women rights in Islam and then claim the rights in court. Besides this the way he treated you for that you could also go for harassment, cyber crime for hacking, forcefully taking your belongings, above all that if you find any single copy or proof that he made forged divorce document and on that document basis he marries you then he will ended up in jail for a long time.
If required more information feel free to ask. Myself Pakistani also and i am ashamed what he did. If he is still troubling you pls share it and we can raise it to Pakistan consulate as well and contact his family in Pakistan to teach him a good lesson.

accepting this offer is upto you but legally and as per saudi labor law sponsor can not reduce the salary even though if they change the designation to lower one.

Yes i have a copy of the Divorce deed he have sent me as a proof and based on that I accepted the Marriage. I have one concern our marriage is not a Muslim marriage. We got married in Georgia, and in there our certificate is registered to Saudi embassy and got stamped. Actually I am trying to get compensation for this because I felt betrayed and also for the sake of my dignity. but then he started attacking me by saying Hacking my email account is nothing by being me as a scammer. He’s accusing me as a scammer that i have scammed him through marriage which is not true. But of course i know he’s just trying to have a scapegoat. For now sir i have blocked him in every way that he can reach me but we have a mutual  friend who’s talking to him.

if you have that divorce document you can make his life miserable, you can claim  compensation by islamic way if he refused to accept islamic way of marriage then he have to pay as per georgian law or your country law. besides  that on that forge document of divorce if he writes the real name of his wife then you can challenge his marriage with his wife also bcuz as per islamic law his marriage if already over with her first wife. , for details pls

Meanwhile I got a job offer in another company and I made job transfer in qiwa portal but my company ignored request and it was autocancelled
My contract will be finishing in sep 14th and one thing I am sure my company will not give me transfer, so please give me legal advise how I will transfer to another company

Dear Vinod ,
if this sponsor is your first sponsor he have full rights to send you back once the contract is over. You can challenge them in ministry of labor if you have completed minimum 2 years in kingdom with your first sponsor.
best thing in your favor is to butter your current sponsor , request , beg , cry what ever you do to make him agree for your transfer else another option going is to go Ministry of Labor which is not that easy, until the case will run you will not be able to join any company legally and current sponsor will also not release your funds or money until case closes. going to ministry of labor after final exit is stamp is just a waste of time and money.
so think what is better for you.

Sir i have finish my contract in a hotel and i have documents to prove that they have no against in my transfer to other hotel,but my agency in jeddah did not give my end service benefits and they file AWOL to me even i have finish my contract.can you please advise us what to do sir?God Bless and more power

Transfer from agency is always a problem, so no one can do anything untill you talk to them and convince them to release you.

why you need an attorney ? you need to talk to them directly by yourself and try your level best to convince them , if they approved its good else its  your destiny

I joined in a catering company in saudiarabia on 6 July 2020 and my iqama expires in the month of march 2022.
I have completed with my current employer 1 year and 2 months .
I got a offer in Qatar .so I submitted my two months notice period of resignation. But my company is asking me to pay the iqama fees and 5 months salary .to send me on final exit 
Iam ready to pay my iqama fees for pending 5 months of my visa validity .
My question is  do i need to pay 5 months salary to get my final exit ??? Please clarify

Prior to my final exit i have notified them but they are holding me.

Yes as you breaching the contract , check your contract copy which you signed its mentioned there

Need more information , holding on what basis , what updates you have recieve, Did they pay stamp exit already ? they must pay within 7 days of stamping exit visa. else you go to labor office

I Joined the company on Feb10, 2021. Contract was signed on Feb 18, 2021. Employer is neither getting sponsorship transferred not paying salary. Employer paid only Feb, March and June Salaries. kindly suggest can i go yo Labour court based on contract.

         i am an expatriate for 20 years here in KSA, this is my 2nd company that i am working with,
after 2 years of working with this company they owe me 3 months of my salary and my iqama was not renewed for 3 months, they are willing to let me work to another employer and fortunately i was able to find a new one, but when my new employer try to make request through qiwa the system rejected because my profession is a Cleaner, this was not the case in my first transfer.

now my question is if i cannot be transferred through Qiwa, can i be transferred through the manual process?, my old employer already gave me the Tanazul ( 2 letters of no Objection for jawazat office and maktab alamal )

can i be transferred even though my profession is cleaner with the same profession on the new company? thanks

Good Day Sir,
I transferred my kafeel last Oct. 3 but my new company was not yet open, I was waiting for 1 month without pay. Our agreement before I signed the contract is that they will give me accommodation with my husband and a salary of 4,500+300 for food allowance. For 1 month waiting they are not giving salary and my request for my accomodation was not provided. I told to the employer I cannot stop working and I need to transfer to other company but the employer told me they will allow me to transfer but i need to pay 5000riyals for the agency, 2000 riyals for the transfer and additional 1000 riyals. In my contract I can terminate my contract during my probation period (90 days). Is it legal to pay them?
