Hello
I want to ask about my rights as an employee after I have been terminated only on allegations and vicious slander. Do I get end of service benefits for working for 3 months?
I was made subject to malignant manipulation and abusive treatment in the company. Önce someone wrote Bitchn my phone extension and the manager did not do anything after I reported to him. Can an employer use security cameras to watch and comment on my work while I have finished and submitted my work on the server?

Dear sir,I have been working here in Saudi since November 2019 and was getting 5000SR/month until March 2021,after went on vacation to my native country India on my company return ticket but due to pandemic issue I could not come back on time,and came on October 28th now my company reduced my salary and gave me only 3500SR,but in my contacts it's 5000SR/month,Is it possible to get my salary as usual but I don't like to go to labour court ,I need your help
Dear Sir, I am Indian working in Riyadh, need help for my friend. He is working as a Housekeeping Supervisor since 35 years single sponsore his sponsore died last year. his Iqama is expired and he want to go final exit. Sponsore wife said next week like now 6 months left,No exit,no salary, no valid Iqama. He went Embassy they said go to labor office . He went to labor office. They said bring your vakeel. Pls advise. I am humbly requesting your kind legal advice for the following issue below: Upaid leave Since ai joint SCC I have an accumulated unpaid leave that I have since May 2014 till this date. The HR is asking us to pay it and to be deducted to our ESB, I s this practise a legal way to as per SLL or this is against Saudi Labor Law? Un- Used Annual Leave Ticket Due to the fact that since 2020 we have already suffered the effect of COVID-19: HR is telling that any unused annual leave ticket starting 2020, 2021, will no longer be available and it will be no longer the employee untitled to claim it, Is the company has the right to do it? Is this a legal process as per SLL or it is against SLL? This last questing is pertaining to my plans to leave the company ahead of time from my contract date which is May 31, 2022,. My plan is to end my contract on April 30, 2022. If I am planning for April 30,2022 as my last day of work, when do I need to file my resignation? My question is how many months the company will deduct my ESB or how much do I need to pay the company in this kind os situation? Thank you very much in advance in reading this quiries that I have stated in this email. Good day Sir/Madam I am an Overseas Filipino Worker here in Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, I am writing this with hope that your good office can assist me with my present situation here.
Ive been deployed here in KSA since January 2015 as project coordinator in Private Company in Khobar. I have filed resignation and planned to go in our homeland with my family. My contract ended last May 30 2022 but I am still here as my company withhold my exit visa. The office saw some inconsistencies with finances (Embezzlement) and I was involved together with 2 other employees. They have asked me to give oral and written explanation as to how and what happened with these funds with a promise from them that they will give me ticket and exit visa. They extend my Iqama last July 28, 2022 and going to expire this November 2nd, I have written everything I know and asked me to sign my name in that statement. Since then, I haven’t heard any news until last Sunday August 06, 2022. I am trying to reach out through email and calls but they aren’t responding. As the Company Country Manager inform me that he will be only the contact person to be talk to. I’ve been waiting for him till he comeback from his annual leave starting Month of July 2022 till he resume last 7th August 2022, I personally talked to them last Sunday August 07, 2022 and He instructed the Company HR to discuss my status, they informed me that the company lawyer is reviewing the investigation that involves me. As per their advise the lawyer will contact me. But it was almost running 5 months there was no action or any update from the Company and to the said Lawyer. They issue to me a Termination Contract as attached last August 30, 2022. Please help me with my situation here. Currently I have no job for almost 4 months. This coming November 2 my Iqama will be expired - My question is what if they extend again and keep me hanging for another month without any further update from my company investigation, Is it right to do with me by my previous company? What should I do? I really need all the help I can get because staying here without a job and family are already feels like a punishment to me. Please help me in communicating with my former employer here. Godbless.

Dear sir,I am working in Saudi Arabia from 2 and half years feb 2020 to July 14 2022 I went vacation for 7 Days but stay 45 days in my home country because of my family health issue and I informed to my manager to extend my vacation and I had 18 working days remaining in my vacation balance he not accept my request , company given me termination notice as per article 80 without benefits because 20 days absent. But sir my question is this applicable during vacation on exit re entry visa , I came to Saudi Arabia 30 August 2022. Company said don't come to site you already terminate from company.i am staying at accomodations. In my offer letter mention if terminate give 60 days notice
What I will do now my 1 month salary hold and 1month vacation balance and end of service no notice period please help me Sir

I already accepted the offer of new employer in the QIWA and it states " Pending for Notice Period of Completion" and there's already a Transfer Date given.
My question is: What if my current Employer refuses to release me on the day of Transfer Date?
What will be the action of Saudi labor as per QIWA rules sir?
And what will I do after the Transfer Date is due.??
My current employer has my Passport in their hands and my end of service benefits.

i am joel estallo i just want to ask your advice or opinion regarding my settlement of my car accident ,i got accident last august 29 2022, when one vehicle hit the back side of my car while im stoping at traffic light ,because it is already red light ,about few seconds suddenly hit me. the report was conducted by morror pulis , and they give the papers and try to claim but it was rejected i found out that the report was not the same ,instead of toyotà corolla the vehicle that was driven by liable person they put ford , and it takes more than a month before i get all the need documents, my question sir is who should arrange all the process so that i can get the settlement i myself or the one who is 100% liable for the cause of accident ?

@Yossef11 Hi, I am Jinu from India, went to final exit on 22nd July 2022. My end of service benefits came to my account after my final exit. I contacted Alrajhi bank officials to get the money. They asked me the documents and submitted all of them. They told me 10 working days only will take to transfer the money. But 3 months over. I didn’t get the money. What should I do? How to get the money from Al rajhi bank . I contacted with Alrajhi bank officials via more than 30 emails . Until now nothing happened? What should I do to get my money?

I have a problem about my resignation my employer rejected in no reason, they said your resignation has been rejected
I have been working for almost five years now without going home vacation in my country
my last contract I accepted through GOSI May 2022 to May 2023, but I file a resignation effectivity date January 13 2023 which is my iqama will expire on the same date January 13 2023,
Is the employer have the right to reject my resignation?

My resignation was rejected by my employer for no reason. I filed last November 20, 2022 the resignation I applied is on January 13, 2023 my last day of work because my iqama will expired on that date.
I already have have 4 years and 7 months in this company, also, since I joint to this company I did not get annual vacation even one. I am ready to pay for the compensation as per article 77-2
Is my employer have the right to reject my resignation?
Please give me a point so that I can push my resignation.

Sir I am Saudi Expatriate it’s been 8 day's since i arrived. But my company will send me to the country (final exit) but there was no harm in me. They Don't need people now. Now at this moment i want to transfer to another company. Is that possible? Or can i get legal assistant?
