I want to go to India  15 months have been completed, Iqama is ending on 18 January 2023.  2 months payment and passport is with the company.  My exit is not working.  My health is also not good. I am very upset, what should I do?

My wife is a medical doctor and she signed a contract valid for 2 years.  This December she took a vacation and when she returned to work the HR unofficially (she still hasn't received any documents) told her that the hospital would be canceling the contract and that the last day of work will be on 01/05/2023 . This month (January 2023) she is finishing her first year.

We would like to know how Saudi law regulates this employment relationship and if she has the right to fulfill the contract until the end.  She tryed to have a medical license from Saudi Council but she could not be approved. The hospital told my wife that because she failed, the hospital need finish her contract.

Another point of this question is about the family.  Our children are in the middle of the school year and terminating their contract now would be costly for them. 

We want to know if we have the right to finish the contract because there is not this information on the contract.

I work in a company in Saudi Arabia since last 7 Months but now I have to go back because of some family issues but I have signed 3 years contract with the company and until now i have spend just 7 Months with them and it is written in the contract if i leave the company before 2 years then i will have to pay 20000sar to them sir badly need your advice right now because my salary is just 900sar and my father is Very ill since last 2 months i can't even give them 500sar. I am an Indian national and my name is Saziya Khan. My father died in a car accident in Saudi Arabia in 2012 and I thereby we gave Power of Attorney to one of our relative working in Saudi Arabia. The attorney told us in 2017 that we have won the case and the court has allotted us compensation in the blood money case. He also told us that to collect the blood money he needs to go to Qatar as the person responsible for the accident was a Qatari national.

Till date the Attorney says that he has yet to visit Qatar to get the money. We are now having doubt that he has collected the money and has not informed us.

Kindly tell us what would be the procedure to get the information whether he has collected the money or not
