@MartijnR

hello, my wife has a year contract with her employer but has exhausted 3 weeks of the contract before applying for the Mvv visa

I wish to know if that meets the requirements

of the IND

thank you.

@nicoleaac

what if she has a year contract but exhausted about 2 to 3 weeks before applying for the MVV does it meet the IND requirements

Hi, I guess she is the one applying ? If she is going to request the mvv, then I think she may not be able to apply  as she needs to show that she has enough income to let you come.

if she is the one who is coming to the Netherlands, so you are applying for it… then the one who needs to show who has enough income is you, so it won’t be a problem if she doesn’t have a job. I hope it helped you :)

@dextro wan As far as I know it is not a problem that 3 weeks are already "used" from the contract as long as the contract is a year contract and still valid for at least 6 months.

The IND does require 3 salary-statements that prove that she is making enough money.

The exact requirements can be found on the the IND website, and you can also find more info on the buitenlandsepartner.nl website (is mostly in Dutch).

@MartijnR thank you so much for your swift response

@nicoleaac she is the one applying on my behalf

she currently have a year contract but has exhausted about 3 weeks out of the 12 month’s contract .

so my question is : Does it still meet the requirement to apply for the MVV.

thank you .
