I need help with my visa!

I have a multiple entry business visa and to my understanding I have to get out Russia before 90 days of being here.
But I have questions:
How long do I have to stay out of the country?

Also I have failed to register and I know it will bring problems, but if I exit the country and re-enter will there be any problem for not being registered before, or will I just need to get a registration when I come in.

Please help me someone.

Laura,

Solo tienes que salir, no importa si es por un día, tres o cinco, simplemente tienes que salir del pais y puedes volver a entrar. Si no hiciste la registrancia no importa, solo te pondrán una mala cara al salir pero te dejarán salir y volver a entrar. Yo lo hice eso varias veces. No te preocupes.
