What you guys normally do to develop high self esteem in critical situations?
For example, I try to forgive myself for my mistakes, although difficult to do.., think about the positive things I did while staying in Saudi-including financial gains, think about the family life that I have been blessed and so on.
After all this thinking, I come back to normal life and starts feeling down or normal again....
What is it that keeps your hope ticking for future? I guess there is nothing for me except to live in the present.

for high self steem i surround my self with positive minded people with can do attitude.  I also read inspirational and motivational books on regular basis.  I am also writing on my blog which gives me sense of accomplishment which boosts my self esteem..
