Finding affordable housing in Melbourne is number one priority for newcomers. Tell us more about the estate market in your district/city/region.

What are the most desired places to live? What are the most affordable ones? What is the average cost of a rented flat? And what is the average sale price for an appartment or a house? Hi Priscilla ,

I am sha from Melbourne VIC. What I found if inside city is a bit doggy and not peaceful. Always police here and there as a high number of crimes happening here.

Currently, more to west suburbs are a bit quiet and peaceful to stay. I have a very good real estate person whom can advice you on this matter. Drop your message if you interested.
