How a Russian man find a job in Vietnam?

Hi there. My bf is Russian, 35 years old. He wants to move to Vietnam and find a job here. He is working with a IT job now in Russia. He is also a technology engineer. Does anyone know how to find a job for him please help. Thanks .

I don't think it will be that hard if he has skills .. ! just apply from VietJobs Website(google it please )..

Some company's have Specific lang requirement as long as his English is good he should be fine.

Our friend Mr goodolboy could probably confirm or deny this. My own intuition is that after 50 years of relative peace, Vietnam would have developed a cadre of college trained engineers to manage oil rigs and refineries. The blue collar labor has been there even longer. The same will likely be true for IT positions, if not now then before long.
