I think the IT guys are the ones wearing white shirts. #5, 11, 13, and maybe also #12 if he's wearing white.

#16 is a moderator.

#8 looks like he's youngest.

Don't be shy #10. Are you worried of blocking #11 from view?  If he's an IT guy, he can photoshop the picture later.

IT =1...Geeky hairstyle, forgot specs in office during photoshoot.
