Motocross track to be built in park in Guayaquil

While visiting for Christmas I noticed the motocross heading out of the city of Guayaquil & we stopped and checked out the layout of existing track. The grounds keeper greeted us and told us they were to build a new motocross track in city at the new park that is newly built. Does anyone have any info on this?
