Household service end award

If working for company yes, if working for private Saudi; no, and do not expect this entitlement unless it is agreed and written on paper.

A law was passed in 2013 stating in article # 16 that housemaid are entitled for end of services equal to one month salary if she/he spent 4 years of service.

Ok well whatever. A housemaid's rights -really? These people are treated like medieval slaves. Passports confiscated, and often times held by force. So you provided a law reference, good job, ...but who actually enforces this law?
Just remember this... everything costs money. Even Labor Courts charges fees.
So who in the hell can afford a trial and remain in a home before or after exit visa expires/terminates.
I live here in Saudi for years now. And will kiss your ass you show me someone who beat the system. Expats= 2nd class

ACTUALLY EVEN our employer sometimes not fair, our khafil treat us with lawful manners.. unlike you.. so, if you don't have good things to say, much better to shut up. For your information, the law of Saudi Government states that the  khafil need to surrender the hausemaid's/driver's passport, iqama and everything of their documents because they didn't own it. So, rhe khafil don't have any right to hold on their hand all the legal documents that worker's have. And they did it, they need to paid for legal damages..and also in saudi labor law, the household workers are intitled to receive "end of service bonus".  And it's all in the Saudi labor laws now.
