Working Conditions at the Institute of Applied Technology

Hello ALL

Does anyone living or working in the UAE have information about the working conditions of expatriates working at the Institute of Applied Technology?

I was offered a teaching job at the IAT and very reluctant to proceed with the acceptance of the offer. Please help me by providing me information regarding the IAT.

All advice/suggestions/recommendations are most welcome.
