It's not the right time to look for a chef job in Indonesia because of Covid. So many restaurants have closed or have limited their staff, hotels have laid off workers and many have reduced the salaries considerably.

U cant apply by urself, u have to find a company that want to hire u, they will apply for ur work permit paying all the expenses.
