I would like to send a kumquat tree to a family in Hoi An.
Any ideas of how to do?
Maybe there is a shop in Ho An that could do for me ?

Assuming it is still a small tree you might try a bus line. It could lie down in the luggage compartment or even go on the roof. I once took a bus from Qui Nhon to HCM where the driver put all the baggage on the roof so that he could take on a load of 40 KG pigs in bamboo baskets. If they can carry pigs they can certainly handle a small tree.

Most private bus operators ship cargo around the country with their spare luggage space. Try Sinh Tourist and someone would need to pick it up from their drop off point in Hoi An
