Hi Majorie,
At Cung Van Hoa lao Dong, 55b Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Q1 you can find some sala class check the class listing. Also go to Trung Tam Van Hoa Q1 on side of US consulate, 6 Mac Dinh Chi Q1, 2nd or 3rd floor they do salsa and bachata only every Sunday from 21:00 to 23:00. Alot of foreigner there
