Moving to Phuket

Hi guys,

I am about to relocate to Phuket and wanted to ask a couple of questions.

My intention is to start a small business. However, I've been told that this is very expensive, difficult, time consuming and needs to be majority owned by a Thai. Could you please tell me if this is correct?
