Does the cupped fingers shaken at you mean anything?  Got one Friday, almost gave him the fickled finger of fate but thought better of it.

so i remember these kids in Riyadh gallery fastfood court. they keep on collecting empty plastic cups and soda cans then, throw one by one in the talking trash can - laughing after they hear "Thank you."

It make sense... encouraging children of proper disposal.
