Post new topic

Dear All,

I am having Car Loan with ANB. Can any one tell about, how if any traffic violation has happened, it will be fined. Since the Owner of the Car is Bank, How the user of the car will get that notification, if at all any violations are there..

Many thanks in advance..

The owner of the car may be the bank, but the bank has leased it to you under your iqama and gives you driving permission renewed every few months. So if there are any fines that you incur, you will pay for those and will be notified as well. If not paid, they wont renew the driving permission.

If you have the copy of the car registration card, you will find that the car is registered under your name. However On top of your name there is the name of the The car owner which is the bank or any financial institution.

The car registration with the car name, plate number are linked to your Iqama.
You use your car, you violate traffic laws, you will get your ticket violations under your iqama. Simple.
