I just legally bought a scooter and looking now doe an insurance against third party. who knows one and or can help me

I tried for ages when I bought my first bike but eventually realised it's impossible.
You can get theft cover for a new bike but third party is exceptionally unusual or just doesn't exist.
I suppose the lack of training for bikers means it just doesn't pay for the companies to offer it.
