ADHD Issue

How old is he and why do you think he has ADHD or is there any specific symptoms that prompted you to think that its ADHD. If he is small - less than 6 yrs of age this might be normal.

I would recommend first to show him to an ENT specialist to check his hearing, eye and may be a Pediatrician for general consultation before showing him to a specialist in ADHD.

My son, Just he completed 2nd Grade Exam, he will  go to 3rd Grade Next Month , 8 Years old
we feel compare to other student or compare to my  other children , he is very slow  learner
1. Take log time to understand like English Frame sentence or Math concept.
2. He can't sit one place long time. for study , not only 10-15 min. also, finding excuse to leave the place   
3. whatever he studied forget  within 1 or 2 days. we are taking homework daily basis

4. Accept study he is good in any other physical activities , he is healthy. he is taking his Breakfast,Lunch,Dinner on time. dose not have any other issues

All subject test  average marks  out of 10 scoring 4/5/6 marks

I have kids, my youngest is in grade 2 and comparatively slower than the other in terms of framing sentences and maths. She might be faster than others in learning,but I am sure every student has their pace and takes time in learning. If you are convinced its ADHD, I would still recommend you to approach a child specialist first and ask his / her opinion before proceeding for treatment with ADHD.

I dont believe there are good child psychiatrists in KSA , your best option will be take him to your home country for treatment purposes.
