I will be moving to Boading soon to work with GWM. Is anyone working there? How is it like? How is work life balance?

hi i got an job offer from gwm this week, i work for automotive company right now, at the design department.
i would like to ask few questions... how is the working environment of there? and did they provide you a employee apartment? they provide you some plane tickets to visit families in US?

please let me know what to be careful or consider when i write a contract with them.
