Missing flight intentionally

Do I have any problems if I am skip my flight to the date it was..
I end my two years contract on my previous employee so he sched a flight go to my country but I missed that flight intentionally because I am planning to exit to Dubai.so I wait for a week to get my visit visa and buy sched flight to Dubai...
I already had my exit permit and my passport...

keep in mind that exit permit is only valid for certain number of days. Check yours.
