First thing is.., keep calm n observe closely what's happening around you.. apply your mind to manage the day today activities in a best possible way.. be simple but must be efficient in handling things..

Never leave your kids alone monitor them which friends they a hanging up with. In other words just give them little knowledge about STDs.
