You haven't described your lifestyle or expectations whatsoever, so I'd find it particularly difficult to answer your question :)  If you give some more info, I might be able to help..

Romanian homes don't have central ac or heat.  AC wall units can be found/installed, but keep in mind Romania is much cooler and farther north than Florida, I personally don't find it necessary except a handful of days per year.  Also dryers are not typical here, most ppl hang their clothes to dry on racks.  A dryer can be bought if course if there's room for it and you don't mind paying the electric needed to run it. It can run up the bill with daily use.

Easy access to everything? Again, kind of a vague question, but I'll say yes...trams, buses, metro goes most of the usual places.  Taxis are cheap also.

As previously stated no such thing as cental air and heat.
Ailes in stores are tiny compared to U.S.  You have to pay for bags at grocery stores
If you like steak, your'e shit out of luck.
