In Burmese:Min ko ngar chit tal. (burmese version not allowed here)
In MY and MY ONLY language: Just give your love a friendly smile and give her a hand in any difficult situation she may face. (Actions speak louder than words)

In Filipino, its "Mahal Kita" (I love you) or "Mahal na Mahal Kita" (I love you so much).

There are other older forms or more traditional way of saying it like:

"Iniibig Kita"
"Iniirog Kita"

like how our grandmas or grandpas would say it.
