Bring in a car to CR

I have a question, that maybe someone here could help with a answer.
Are you allowed to bring in a car that you are paying notes on here (in the us) Or does the car have to be paid in full BEFORE you ship it in?

Yep, it must be owned free and clear. You're required to have title in hand.
