I need a suggestion for a postpaid network connection with unlimited calling and data and good wiring network in Malaysia. Which is the best I could opt for?

TIME - https://www.time.com.my/
First step is to check whether the building where you propose to live has coverage.
Maxis broadband has unlimited calls (but that may mean within Malaysia)

And what about the mobile post paid connection?

Gravitas

Check out Maxis as they have the best coverage.

Maxis also have packages where you get a new phone each year. It's best to go to one of their showrooms to see the offers they are running.

Ringgit plus is also a reasonable site for information gathering on a wide range of subjects

I will opt for Maxis. Thanks

Really depends on;
1) location - where you are using it? Some area are good with one operator but not with another. Whether it's maxis or Digi or umobile or celcom. You need to test it out with a prepaid  plan going into any postpaid package.
2) cost - maxis has highest cost packages and very high roaming costs. If your phone plan is automatically paid for and your staff doesn't dare query you on why your bill is so high then maxis is the way to go. On the other end is umobile, providing cheapest and meanest plan. In between is Digi and celcom.
3) service quality - maxis used to be good until they decided to cut down on their costs significantly. So I guess now they are about the same as Digi but significantly higher cost. Celcom have bet
