HBO Latin America online is available in Ecuador

vsimple

If you like HBO as a stand alone programming well now you can have it for $12.99 a month. So you no longer have to subscribe through Direct TV, Claro,  CNT, etc to get it. They are also offering a 30 day free trail basis, so that's cool.

To watch it on your smartphone, laptop, tablet is easy enough just subscribe and watch it. Via a TV I assume you'll need something like an Amazon fire-stick, and install the app and stream it that way.

I'm interested for the Spanish and not only subtitles but actual Spanish audio so we'll see how that good or bad that is.

You know, when I click that link on one of my Android devices and then another one to sign up, it takes me to the Google Play Store where it says "Not available in your country".

It works for me, are you behind a VPN and as such the Google Play Store thinks you're not in Ecuador.

Try to do it direct via the Google Play Store, install the App directly from there. Just search HBO GO.

Yes, one of those smart DNS services.  They will probably add a toggle button  for HBO to specify latin america if they haven't already

It's a headache with Apple too. You have to use a local account or the App Store will say it's not available.

Wow, I have to get it. But would like to watch Game of Thrones with Quechua subtitles. Otherwise it's a no go!
