Teaching position in RAS Ul Khaimah

Hi, I was offered a teaching position in RAK Academy however I am married and the job does not offer health insurance, flight, Visa for my spouse. Do you know how much health insurance will cost? Will 12000 AED per month be enough to cover my husband's expenses? My accommodations are included but for a furnished studio apartment with a double bed.
